Butter no Joou (Butter Queen) — June 1 to 15, 2026
Butter no Joou (Butter Queen) is a new Hokkaido-based brand that uses 100% raw milk sourced from designated dairy farmers in Betsukai Town, Hokkaido. The brand crafts its sweets with generous amounts of domestic butter, aiming to bring warmth and happiness to everyone who tries them. This is its first appearance at Ming.

AMILY is a sweets brand founded by Arichan of Herahera Sanzoku and culinary artist Emi Sugiyama, centered around the theme of "LOVE." Using carefully selected premium ingredients and a commitment to handcrafted quality, the brand produces gentle cookies with the hope of spreading smiles and happiness to as many people as possible. This is also its first appearance at Ming.

Cheerful Choco Chip Raw Cookie Matcha
A handcrafted choco chip raw cookie using premium selected ingredients, featuring Uji matcha from Kyoto Prefecture and couverture white chocolate.
The Hakata Ekínaka Ming POP UP SPACE is located directly connected to the Hakata Station concourse. New stores rotate approximately every two weeks, offering shoppers a fresh and topical retail experience.
