The following is a list of frequently asked questions about "1 Hour Private Photoshoot".
Q: I want to change the date and time after making an online reservation. Is it possible?

Please cancel and re-apply.
Q: Can I choose my photographer?

There may be some limitations on scheduling and language, but we will accommodate your preferences based on your requests as much as possible.
Q: Can I change the time or location of the shoot after the photographer has been selected?

We will confirm with your assigned photographer and let you know if it is possible or not. No changes can be made after the final information has been sent.
Q: If we are shooting at a facility that charges an admission fee, what happens to the admission fee?

Entrance fees must be paid by the customer, and you will also need to cover the photographer's entrance fee.
Q: It looks like it will rain on the day we plan to shoot. Can we change the shooting date?

The schedule can be adjusted after consulting with the photographer. However, rescheduling may not be possible depending on the photographer's availability.
In the event that rain is forecasted 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot and the date cannot be adjusted, or if unforeseen stormy weather occurs on the day of the shoot, we can cancel the booking and provide a full refund.
Q: I am going to be late for the meeting time. Can you delay the start time?

If you arrive late, the photographer will still be able to shoot within the reserved time. This will shorten the shooting duration and may reduce the number of photos provided.
The photographer can only extend the shooting time if their schedule allows. An additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged for delays of up to 30 minutes, and an additional fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for extensions of up to 60 minutes. These fees cover the photographer's waiting time.
