You will need to book a separate ticket for round-trip・After purchasing multiple tickets, collect all QR codes and distribute them to each participant, as multiple tickets cannot be used on a single smartphone・Passengers sharing the same reservation number must travel together on the same train, as partial use of tickets is not allowed・Please open the activation link in your voucher with the registered email. Cancellation Policy

・Refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 5 minutes before the departure time and within the validity of the ticket, with a JPY220 per ticket fee

・Refunds will not be issued if you have already reserved your seat and passed through the ticket gate

・Partial refunds are not accepted; it's either a full refund or no refund for all tickets

・Refunds for Train Suspension as follows

・If you boarded the Nankai Railway or JR Line, only the limited express train fare will be refunded

・If you have not boarded and used the ticket, full refunds will be issued

・Note: Please make sure to our customer support within 1 week from the date of the suspension
