You can take a leisurely stroll along the therapy road while being given tips on how to feel nature with all five senses. Listen to the sounds of the forest, touch the plants and breathe deeply. Experience a healing time in nature where your senses are gradually sharpened. For lunch, a 'Sasaguri pilgrimage meal set' is available. Sasaguri is associated with Kobo-Daishi Kukai. The motif of this meal is the Mandala, which is a prayer for the peace of the guests together with the history and culture of this land. In the same way that Dainichi Nyorai is positioned in the centre of a lotus flower with eight petals at the centre of the Mandala of the Tathagata, surrounded by four tathagatas and four bodhisattvas, the Sasaguri pilgrimage meal set also has a large bowl in the centre with eight smaller dishes around it. This is a half-day forest therapy plan to heal in the rich nature of Sasaguri. A certified guide will lead you along a well-maintained forest therapy road.
