We'll arrange for an English/Japanese-speaking photographer. The original 100+ photo files are delivered within a week, and you can select your favorite 10 photos for re-delivery. ◆Introduction This is a tour where we will take you to 2–3 popular local izakayas. Relax and enjoy regional food and drinks at a comfortable pace. Just bring cash with you, and leave the rest to us. It's the best place to savor local specialties such as black pork dishes, kibinago (silver-stripe round herring), and satsuma-age, all paired with shochu. The area is a maze of izakayas and bars, buzzing until late at night. On Amami Oshima, you can experience unique island culture in izakayas where shima-uta (island songs) are performed, along with local kokuto (brown sugar) shochu. In port towns like Ibusuki and Makurazaki, fresh bonito dishes highlight the menus, while in Izumi and Sendai, retro taverns serve as beloved local gathering spots, perfect for immersing yourself in Kagoshima's shochu culture. Some places may not speak English, but with a local guide you can relax and enjoy. We will also check if bar hopping is possible in your preferred area, so please feel free to book.
