Around the station, casual pubs make bar hopping easy. In Shirahama, a famous hot spring resort, izakayas and bars are perfect for drinks after a soak. In the Nanki area, towns like Shingu and Katsuura feature portside izakayas where tuna and whale dishes highlight the menu, creating a distinctly regional experience. Some places may not speak English, but with a local guide you can relax and enjoy. We will also check if bar hopping is possible in your preferred area, so please feel free to book.
