Akuma no Akachan Akkun

A spinoff manga from 戯画☆桃太郎奇譚, this story centers on a demon baby as its protagonist.

The tale follows three unlikely companions: 抱一, a police officer in black uniform who has been parasitized by the demon baby; 後藤さん (Goto-san), a veteran exorcist sent to monitor him; and the demon baby Akkun himself. Together, they share an utterly bizarre yet endearing everyday life.

A 26-year-old male police officer, an exorcist uncle, and a demon baby — three characters who should never cross paths combine for a new style of manga that is oddly addictive.

Episode 1: "Akuma no Akachan Akkun"

The Charm of Akkun — "Too Cute!" Since the Series Launched

Akkun loves pranks and sweets.

Realizing that a promotion means a raise — which means more sweets — Akkun schemes to make the police officer he has parasitized pass the promotion exam, even sneaking knowledge into 抱一's head while he sleeps. Watching the demon slowly find common ground with a human is another highlight of the series.

Episode 6: "菓子食いてぇ"

Episode 3: "ロンパース事件" — Akkun receives a koala-print romper as a gift and is mortified.
