The volume 34 variant cover, rendered in finer detail.
A quietly standing berserker and the Hawk of Light, now as 1/4 scale statues
Legacy Art "Kentaro Miura," a format that casts new light on artwork symbolizing the manga Berserk, now adds Guts and Griffith at 1/4 scale to its lineup.
The variant cover of volume 34 shows the berserker and the Hawk of Light standing back to back, each gripping a sword. From this quietly toned illustration of their fateful bond, the two have been sculpted in three dimensions once again, this time at 1/4 scale.
Carrying over the stance created at 1/6 scale, the larger size allows for even more intricate sculpting and coloring.
Legacy Art "Kentaro Miura" Berserk Guts 1/4 Scale
A beast-like pose with the body lowered,
the berserker's armor, woven from complex curves and hairline detailing,
the Dragonslayer, its pale bluish blade marked with scars from countless battles,
and the expression emerging in the fluttering cloak.
The density of detail and the light-and-dark contrast of each part come closer to the nuance of the original artwork.
The original-design special base has also gained in detail, and its countless swords and skulls strongly evoke the story of Guts.
The bonus version, exclusive to the Prime 1 Studio Official Online Store, comes with a head showing his bare face without the helmet.
Legacy Art "Kentaro Miura" Berserk Griffith 1/4 Scale
A majestic standing figure with long hair flowing,
armor whose feather motifs create a delicate impression,
a slender sword with a golden hilt and a graceful curve that catches the eye,
and the expression emerging in the fluttering cloak.
His otherworldly beauty is captured in sharp detail.
The bonus version here also includes a head showing his bare face, allowing a display that steps beyond the original artwork.
