Kimono rental chain VASARA is teaming up with the TV anime BLUE LOCK for a yukata collaboration campaign running from Monday, July 6 to Monday, August 31, 2026. Titled "BLUE LOCK × Kimono Rental VASARA YUKATA SELECTION," the event features newly drawn illustrations of six characters dressed in custom yukata designs that incorporate each character's personal favorites.
Newly Drawn Character Yukata Designs
The collaboration introduces original yukata and accessories designed around the individual preferences of each character, drawn exclusively for this event.
潔 世一 (Isagi Yoichi)
- Yukata: Jigsaw puzzle pattern
- Obi: 伊勢海老 (spiny lobster) motif — his favorite animal, selected for its distinctive silhouette
糸師 凛 (Itoshi Rin)
- Obi: Owl motif — his favorite animal
凪 誠士郎 (Nagi Seishiro)
- Yukata: Prickly pear cactus pattern
- Obi: Sloth motif — his favorite animal
蜂楽 廻 (Bachira Meguru)
- Obi: Pineapple (canned) motif — his favorite food
- Drawstring bag (信玄袋): Pineapple design
千切 豹馬 (Chigiri Hyoma)
- Yukata: Matabi (silver vine) leaf pattern
- Obi: Black cat motif — his favorite animal
- Drawstring bag: Cat paw print design
氷織 羊 (Hiori Yo)
- Yukata: Snowflake pattern
- Obi: Sheep motif — his favorite animal, chosen for the personal connection with his name (羊 means "sheep")

Plan ①: Yukata Collab Plan with Exclusive Novelties
Customers who book the collaboration yukata plan during the campaign period will receive three exclusive novelty items: a uchiwa (fan), a tote bag, and an acrylic key holder.
- Women's yukata plan: ¥5,390 (tax included)
- Men's yukata plan: ¥8,690 (tax included)
Upgrades to higher-grade yukata are available at the store on the day of the visit for an additional fee.

Plan ②: Limited Collaboration Merchandise
Original collaboration merchandise is available at participating stores and on the VASARA online shop. In-store purchases are limited to customers using the collab plan on the same visit.
To celebrate VASARA's 10th anniversary, a special limited-edition women's yukata 4-piece set (yukata, obi, obi clasp, hair ornament) inspired by each character's design is being produced in a run of 50 sets. Updates will be shared on the VASARA official X account (https://x.com/vasara_kimono).

Plan ③: X Photo Post for a Free Postcard
Customers who use the collaboration plan, take a photo in their yukata or with the collaboration merchandise, and post it on X with the hashtag #ブルーロック浴衣セレクション will receive a collaboration design postcard. Show staff the post before returning the rental on the same day.
Plan ④: Character Panels at VASARA Stores
During the campaign period, character panels of Isagi Yoichi, Itoshi Rin, Nagi Seishiro, Bachira Meguru, Chigiri Hyoma, and Hiori Yo in yukata will be displayed at select VASARA locations.

About BLUE LOCK
BLUE LOCK is a soccer manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha) since 2018, created by Muneyuki Kaneshiro (story) and Yusuke Nomura (art). The series has surpassed 50 million copies in worldwide circulation (as of September 2025) and won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the boys' category.
The TV anime adaptation ran for two seasons — Season 1 from October 2022 to March 2023, and Season 2 (BLUE LOCK VS. U-20 JAPAN) from October to December 2024. The first feature film, BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE –EPISODE Nagi–, was released nationwide in Japan on April 19, 2024. A new TV anime season is in production, and a live-action film is scheduled for release in August 2026.
