A collaboration campaign titled "We'll Handle Your Relaxation" is set to take place at 7 Gokurakuyu and RAKU SPA group locations from April 2 (Thursday) to April 27 (Monday), 2026. The campaign features the smartphone game app BREAK MY CASE.

The collaboration includes six main highlights:
- BREAK MY CASE Plus Set featuring a limited-edition muffler towel
- Collaboration goods sales
- Collaboration menu items with coaster giveaways
- Collaboration baths inspired by different in-game departments
- Collaboration decorations with original artwork
- An X (Twitter) campaign with postcard and decoration prizes
1. BREAK MY CASE Plus Set
Guests who pay the admission fee along with the BREAK MY CASE Plus Set add-on at entry will receive a collaboration-exclusive muffler towel featuring original illustrations, distributed randomly.
2. Collaboration Goods
A range of merchandise featuring original illustrations of characters dressed in yukata will be available at participating stores. Starting April 2 at 1:00 PM, the goods will also be available through the official Gokurakuyu online shop at https://www.store-gk.com/
For every ¥2,000 (tax included) spent on collaboration original goods in-store, customers will receive one random clear card from a set of 25 featuring original illustrations.
- The BREAK MY CASE Plus Set and online shop purchases are not eligible for this offer.
- Purchases from separate transactions cannot be combined.
- Available while supplies last.
3. Collaboration Menu
The restaurant at each location will offer character-themed food and drink items. With each item ordered, customers will receive one random original coaster from a set of 25.
4. Collaboration Baths
Six collaboration baths, each inspired by a different in-game department, will be available at participating locations. Each bathing area will be decorated with specially designed tapestries.
- Not available at RAKU CAFE locations.
5. Collaboration Decorations
Panels, banners, tapestries, and other decorations featuring original illustrations of characters in yukata will be displayed throughout all participating locations.
6. X Campaign
Follow the official X (Twitter) accounts of Gokurakuyu / RAKU SPA, GK Store, and BREAK MY CASE, then post something related to the collaboration using the hashtag #代行しますその極楽. Show the post at the front desk to receive an original postcard and a lottery ticket for a chance to win a collaboration decoration piece.
- Customers may choose one of two postcard designs.
- Postcards are available while supplies last.
- Decoration prizes are display items and may show signs of wear.
