A new The Little Mermaid collection designed by popular illustrator mikko is coming to Disney Store. The collection features original artwork bringing the glittering underwater world to life with soft colors and delicate brushwork. In addition to Ariel, characters such as Flounder, Sebastian, and Max are depicted alongside motifs of shells and bubbles, creating a truly enchanting lineup. Look out for mikko's distinctive portrayals of Ariel's expressions and gestures throughout the collection.
The collection goes on sale at Disney Store locations from Friday, April 24. Select flagship stores — Disney Flagship Tokyo and the Tokyo Disney Resort store — as well as the official Disney online store will offer early access starting Tuesday, April 21. Please check the product page for details on available stores. Note that a reservation via the Disney Store Club app is required for in-store purchases on the launch day.
The lineup is packed with everyday essentials and collectible items. Highlights include a plush Ariel dressed in her iconic gown, a plush key chain of Max, a water bottle, and a handkerchief. A large-frilled tote bag and a card holder featuring a bead strap add a stylish flourish. The holographic sticker set — available in multiple designs — is a great pick for collectors or for trading with friends. Max-inspired items include a themed pouch as well as a blanket that can also be used as a cushion. The Secret Collection features six types of multi-pouches in clear material, each with an adorable design.
