The ecute Tachikawa station concourse is holding its first-ever dairy-themed food fair, "MOO More 乳Style (Moo Moa Nyu Style)," from Wednesday, April 1 through Sunday, April 26, 2025. The fair spotlights milk, butter, cheese, fresh cream, and Jersey milk across 26 products — 10 of which are exclusive to ecute Tachikawa — from bakeries, patisseries, cafés, and delis located within the concourse.
Spring is also the season when cows produce the most milk, yet school-lunch suspension during spring break tends to create a dairy surplus. The fair is designed to make the most of this peak production period with an indulgent lineup of fresh-milk sweets and savory dishes.
Two shops are also joining ecute Tachikawa for the first time: egg-farm brand Ranmeisha Sweets Factory opens on Monday, March 30, while Patisserie Le Pain from Hino arrives on Wednesday, April 1.
Topic 1: Sweets & Bakery Starring Milk, Butter, Cheese, and Fresh Cream
Seasonal Fruit Pancake with Ricotta Cheese Cream — ¥1,860 (eat-in only) / Kajitsuen Lieber
NEW — Ecute Tachikawa exclusive

Carefully selected seasonal fruits and caramelized banana accompany this pancake, topped generously with a mild ricotta cheese cream made from Hokkaido-produced fresh cream. The fluffy, milky cream carries a soft cheese fragrance that complements the fruit beautifully. Maple syrup is served on the side for an extra layer of flavor.
Strawberry Millefeuille — ¥850 / Ann no Kobo
NEW — Ecute Tachikawa exclusive

In-season strawberries are layered with a generous amount of select fresh cream — light yet deeply rich — and house-made custard cream that captures the natural sweetness of milk. The flaky, golden pastry crust adds a satisfying crunch to the combination.
Limited availability: through around Monday, April 20 or until sold out
MOO Gyu — ¥850 / Patisserie Harumière
NEW — Ecute Tachikawa exclusive

This petit gâteau is built around a rich cheese mousse made with 100% Normandy (France) milk, shaped to resemble an adorable cow face. The highlight is the nose — sculpted from a strawberry-tinged Jersey milk cream — making it an irresistibly photogenic treat.
Fluffy Mille Crêpe — ¥880 / Patisserie Le Pain
NEW — Ecute Tachikawa exclusive / New from April 1 (Wednesday)

Patisserie Le Pain, run by a wine sommelier owner and patissier duo from Hino City, is making its ecute debut. Their exclusive new item layers 100% Hokkaido-produced-milk cream and rich custard between thin crêpes and a light sponge, showcasing locally grown "Yayoi Hime" strawberries from Hino.
Raw Chocolate Chocolat Strawberry Custard — ¥669 (takeout) / ¥682 (eat-in) / Sandwich House Merhen
NEW

Large strawberries are sandwiched between smooth custard cream and dense chocolate cream. The custard is lighter in texture than standard, harmonizing with the chocolate cream and the tartness of the strawberries. A raw chocolate topping adds a textural contrast to this dessert sandwich.
Condensed Milk Strawberry Latte — ¥670 (hot only) / Maruyama Coffee
NEW — Ecute Tachikawa exclusive

A spring-limited drink combining sweet-tart strawberry, aromatic coffee, and a generous pour of milk and condensed milk. The pale pink color and gentle taste make it a comforting seasonal cup.
