Classic costumes for Mai Shiranui and Terry Bogard are coming to the fighting game FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves from SNK Corporation. They will be available as paid downloadable content (DLC) starting October 22, 2026 (Thursday).
The costumes let players enjoy designs from earlier entries in the series with modern visuals.
Mai Shiranui Classic Costume
A classic costume for Mai Shiranui, one of the most popular characters in the series, is arriving.
This costume was offered as a pre-order bonus for the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version, and it is now becoming available as paid DLC.
In FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, Mai appears in a rider suit that refreshes her traditional image. The classic costume recreates her familiar outfit design themed on a kunoichi (female ninja). It is a nostalgic look for longtime fans of the series, and for players new to the series with this game, it offers a glimpse of Mai's roots.
Within the modernly rebuilt world of FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, players can enjoy battles in a style that symbolizes the series.
Release Date: October 22, 2026 (Thursday)
Price: ¥330 (tax included)
Note: On PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store, the costume will be available as paid DLC from October 22, 2026. On the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version, it can be obtained as a pre-order bonus, and it is scheduled to be available as paid DLC from January 21, 2027.
Note: On the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version, there are three ways to obtain the Mai Shiranui Classic Costume: (1) the pre-order bonus for the digital version, (2) the early purchase bonus for the physical version, and (3) purchasing the paid DLC. To use this costume on the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version from October 22, 2026, you need to pre-order the digital version. The early purchase bonus for the physical version and the paid DLC are scheduled to be available from January 21, 2027 onward.
Terry Bogard Classic Costume
A classic costume for Terry Bogard, the series' representative protagonist, is also being released.
In FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves and its predecessor 『餓狼 MARK OF THE WOLVES』, Terry appears in a leather jacket with a refined hairstyle. The classic costume recreates the style familiar from earlier entries in the series, with a red vest and cap, in modern visual quality.
It is a nostalgic look for fans who remember his appearance from those days, and for players who came to the series with this game, it is a chance to rediscover Terry Bogard's appeal. Terry has long been the face of the series, and this costume lets players enjoy his iconic style with the visuals of the latest game.
