The "Astral Alignment Party" global celebration has officially begun in Foundation: Galactic Frontier, a mobile and PC cross-platform space strategy game co-developed by global game publisher FunPlus and Paramount. Interactive content and a wide range of commemorative rewards are available for all traders taking part in this galactic festival.
Astral Alignment Party: A Galactic Festival with Traders Around the World
Foundation: Galactic Frontier is based on the Foundation series by science fiction master Isaac Asimov and was co-developed by FunPlus and Paramount Television Studios. It was released in Japan earlier this year and topped the App Store's free strategy game rankings immediately after release. It has been enjoyed by many players over the months since. Players become traders traveling the galaxy, exploring space and fighting large-scale fleet battles as they expand their sphere of influence.
The "Astral Alignment Party" global celebration has now officially started. During the event period, players on server 1264 and all servers opened before it can take part. Star ports, guilds, fleets, and traders gather in a shared channel of celebration, working with close companions to take on challenges such as restoring a planet shrouded in silence and searching for hidden treasures of the old Empire, with a variety of special challenges and surprises appearing one after another.
During the celebration, new ship skins and base decorations appear one after another. Fireworks effects also appear on the flagship display screen, creating a special atmosphere in which the entire galaxy celebrates together. A new crew character joins as a surprise for the celebration, and a new adventure in the galaxy begins alongside the traders.
The celebration also offers a variety of interactive content, and various commemorative rewards can be earned during the event period. By taking part in the different events, traders can obtain plentiful rewards and growth resources.
Friend Comeback Campaign: Up to 50 Flagship Blueprint Selection Boxes
To help traders who once traveled the galaxy return together with friends, a "Friend Comeback Campaign" is being held on a dedicated page through November 30. The page offers an "invitation mission" and a "return mission." All traders can invite friends, and traders who meet the return conditions can also take part in the return mission.
Completing each mission earns rewards for both the player who invited and the player who returned. Completing both the return mission and the invitation mission earns a total of up to 50 Flagship Blueprint Selection Boxes (旗艦設計図選択BOX) and 10 "遠航の記憶".
"The Usurper Rebellion" Approaches and Steam Next Fest Appearance
FunPlus has also released information on Season 2 (S2), "The Usurper Rebellion." In the new season, set in a new star-system state rich in resources and hit by frequent magnetic storms, players take on new enemies. New systems related to magnetic storms and resistance are also scheduled to be introduced. New guild content is coming as well, expanding the ways players can interact and cooperate with one another.
The game also appears on Steam and is currently taking part in Steam Next Fest. Players can add it to their wishlist from the Steam game page.
Former players can return now and join the celebration and the Friend Comeback Campaign. New players who have not yet set off can download the game to receive a free legendary hero and the limited-class battleship 「デマーゼル」 and join the festival. A new hero, Season 2, and further events are in preparation, and players can check the official community for upcoming information.
