A pop-up store for the manga "Futari no Kemono" is touring five stores across Japan, starting at Sakae Loft in September 2026 and continuing through Umeda Loft, Shibuya Loft, and two Miraiya Shoten locations into early 2027. Artist Aigamo Michelangelo has newly illustrated Shinosaki and Minase's everyday life around the themes of "mushrooms" and "wild raspberries."

The line-up is packed with merchandise featuring the newly drawn illustrations, as well as items designed around the book cover art and illustrations originally posted on social media. Big panels of the two characters will also appear at select venues, giving visitors a chance to enjoy photo opportunities.

Purchase Bonus
An illustration card bonus is available at the event — six designs at the Loft stores and six designs at Miraiya Shoten. For every ¥2,000 (tax included) or more spent at the venue, including purchases of the "Futari no Kemono" books (Vol. 1 and Vol. 2), customers receive one randomly selected card as a gift.

About "Futari no Kemono"
Shinosaki, a deer driven out from the herd, is saved by a passing wolf named Minase at the moment of nearly losing its life in the forest. Minase had also been driven from the pack a year earlier and was living alone. Though predator and prey should be an impossible match, the two outcasts decide to start a life together. Despite occasional clashes and harsh trials along the way, they support each other and deepen their bond. It is a story of cruel yet endearing days shared by two creatures who cross the boundary between species to stay close to one another.
