Osechi, the traditional dishes essential to welcoming the New Year, are getting a character-themed twist for 2027, as DeAGOSTINI Japan prepares to release Haikyu!! Osechi 2027. The set will also be available through Hobby Search.
Packed into a lavish three-tier box are original menus jointly developed by DeAGOSTINI Japan and long-established osechi maker Yamafuku.
This year's edition is themed around the fierce battles of the Spring High tournament, with a well-balanced mix of Japanese and Western dishes.
The first tier is themed around Karasuno High School and Kamomedai High School, the second tier around Karasuno High School and Nekoma High School, and the third tier around Karasuno High School and Inarizaki High School — each filled with dishes to enjoy both visually and in flavor.
The set invites fans to welcome the New Year while picturing scenes from the series' story.
