KOHARU, a member of the chanmina-produced seven-member girls group HANA, has appeared in HIGHLIGHT — a new segment of the acclaimed music series THE FIRST TAKE. This marks HANA's second member to take on the challenge, following NAOKO's appearance that drew widespread attention.
The performance title is "Still Afraid, Still Alive." The piece distills KOHARU's own feelings and inner conflicts into two intense minutes, shaped around the message: "Still afraid, and yet still alive."
Built on a foundation of contemporary and jazz, the choreography features fluid, flowing movement interspersed with sharp, precisely music-synced moments that cut right through. The performance showcases both delicacy and strength in equal measure, presenting a striking new side of KOHARU's artistic identity.
