A collaboration campaign between Karaoke Manekineko and the popular anime Milky☆Subway: The Galactic Limited Express is currently underway at Karaoke Manekineko locations nationwide. The campaign features original merchandise using newly drawn yukata-themed illustrations, collaboration drinks, and a themed collaboration room, offering a new "fan activity" space to enjoy in a private setting.

Chiharu, an augmented human, and Makina, a cyborg, are arrested for violating galactic traffic law. Around the same time, fellow augmented humans Akane and Kanata, along with cyborgs Kurt and Max, are also taken into police custody. Police officer Ryoko assigns this eccentric group community service: cleaning the interplanetary train known as the "Milky☆Subway."
What should have been a simple job takes a turn when the Milky☆Subway suddenly goes out of control. As the flustered crew scrambles inside the runaway train, they soon find themselves swept up in a massive incident.
