A July 29, 2026 update to the mobile RPG Lineage2M adds two new hero-class "Splash Guardian" skins and kicks off the two-week "SUMMER DANCE & TREASURE" summer event.
New "Splash Guardian" Class Skins Added (All Worlds)

Two new hero-class skins, "Aurora Marine" and "Rescue Marine" from the "Splash Guardian Class Skin" line, are now available across all worlds via dedicated summons.
Equipping "Aurora Marine" increases Stun Accuracy and Hold Accuracy. It also grants the exclusive skill "Aurora Wave," which gives a chance to reduce a target's Accuracy upon a successful hit.
Equipping "Rescue Marine" increases Defense and Triple Chance. It also grants the exclusive skill "Rescue Mind," which increases the Damage Amplification Reduction effect.
Obtaining either "Aurora Marine" or "Rescue Marine" completes a dedicated mission for the "Seaside Festival" season pass, rewarding players with the buff item "SUMMER DANCE Season Week Ice Cream (Event)," usable for 28 days. Using this item grants a one-hour buff of EXP Bonus +25%, Accuracy +3, All Damage +3, and MP Recovery Penalty Ignore +10%. The item disappears 28 days after being obtained, but can be reused continuously to maintain the buff until then.
"SUMMER DANCE & TREASURE" Event (All Worlds)
Event Period: July 29, 2026 (Wednesday), after regular maintenance – August 12, 2026 (Wednesday), before regular maintenance (scheduled)
The "SUMMER DANCE & TREASURE" event features "Triton's Water Park" and a "Treasure Hunter" system.
In Triton's Water Park, a rift invader called "Triton" appears daily at 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM during the event period.
When Triton spawns, entering the dedicated dungeon "Hall of Rough Waves" automatically applies one of four swimsuit skins at random and grants an exclusive buff effect.
Triton appears carrying a giant yellow watermelon. Successfully breaking the watermelon drops "Crystal (Engraving)," "Premium Crystal (Engraving)," "Crystal Lens (Engraving)," and "Blessed Relic (Event)" for players to pick up. Defeating Triton also grants, in addition to the items normally obtained from rift invaders, the buff item "Seaside Drink Box (Event)" and the exchange item "Seaside Glass Bottle (Event)."
Collecting "Seaside Glass Bottle (Event)" lets players exchange them with the NPC "Treasure Hunter (Event)," found in each village, for a variety of items. Exchangeable items include "Treasure Hunter's Revelation Book (Event)" and "Blessed Relic (Event)." In Origin World, players can also exchange for "Premium Class Acquisition Ticket (11x)(Event)" and "Premium Agathion Acquisition Ticket (11x)(Event)," while in Reserve World, "Advanced Class Acquisition Ticket (11x)(Event)" and "Advanced Agathion Acquisition Ticket (11x)(Event)" are available.
During the event, completing revelation quests through the "Treasure Hunter's Revelation Book (Event)" yields the material item "Treasure Map Fragment (Event)." Collecting five "Treasure Map Fragment (Event)" items allows players to craft the "Treasure Hunter's Treasure Map (Event)."
Using the "Treasure Hunter's Treasure Map (Event)" lets players choose and obtain either the "Golden Treasure Chest (Class) (Event)" or the "Golden Treasure Chest (Agathion) (Event)."
