The TV anime Magic Knight Rayearth has been airing since October 2026. The story follows three girls who meet at Tokyo Tower, are suddenly drawn into another world, and take up the fight as Magic Knights to save it.
Now, a 1/7 scale figure of the series' protagonist, Hikaru Shidou (獅堂 光), from Kotobukiya is open for pre-order at HOBBY SEARCH. The figure is planned for release in May 2027.
Hikaru Shidou 1/7 Scale Figure
Hikaru holds a sword in a light-footed pose, as if she is about to dash off, with the bright, cheerful expression that suits her. Her flowing hair and accessories are also carefully crafted, giving the figure a sense of movement.
The costume and accessories feature subtle gradations and detailed paint separation. The flame-effect base is also sculpted to make the most of its transparency and three-dimensionality.
Mokona is also included. Because it comes on a separate base, it can be displayed in any position you like.
