Miso ramen specialty chain Mensho Tadokoro has partnered with Chiba-based confectionery Nagomi no Yoneya to create a unique collaboration product: "Anko Gyoza."
This collaboration came about as part of Mensho Tadokoro's special ramen series, "Boso Miso Ramen / Boso Miso Tantanmen," which was developed using specialty ingredients sourced from Chiba Prefecture businesses. The Anko Gyoza is available as a set alongside these special ramen offerings.
Anko Gyoza
The Anko Gyoza is filled with peanut bean paste - the same paste used in Nagomi no Yoneya's popular "Peanuts Monaka" - wrapped in gyoza skin and deep-fried until crispy. The result is a golden, crunchy exterior with a gentle sweetness and rich peanut flavor inside. It's a "dessert gyoza" that brings together local Boso ingredients in an unexpected and creative way.
