At the Novaceres Entertainment Festival cosplay area, Pixis Masur and Unity Edge enter a cosplay contest. Meanwhile, Miriam, Harriet, and Kate unexpectedly come face-to-face with a group that once bullied them — setting the stage for the Kirarin☆Layers Festival storyline.
During the event period, players can earn pickup gacha tickets, special Memories, and other rewards.

New Character Pickup Gacha: Harriet Mills

Her pickup rate is increased for the duration of the event.
