Neptunia Unlimited Reveals New Characters Including Sashu, Magiquone, and Warechu

A new wave of character information has been revealed for Neptunia Unlimited (超新時空ゲイム ネプテューヌ∞), the upcoming RPG scheduled for release on August 27, 2026 (Thursday), for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. (The PS4 version will be available as a download-only edition and Digital Deluxe edition.)

The announcement introduces antagonists who bring "the End" to the game industry world (Geimu-gyou World), which the guardian CPUs Neptune and her allies must confront.

The Enemies Who Threaten the Game Industry World

Sashu — The Mysterious Deity Descending with an Apocalyptic Prophecy

CV: ???

Sashu

Sashu is the object of worship for the "Sashu Cult," a group spreading alongside apocalyptic beliefs. Even the cult's high-ranking members are kept in the dark about Sashu's true face and voice.

Bad Mana — Leader of the Yankee Group "Poison Spider"

CV: Manaka Nakayama / Illustration: Nanameda Kei

Bad Mana

"Didn't I tell you before? This is our turf."

Bad Mana (罰怒マナ) is the boss of the yankee group "Poison Spider" (捕威図運蜘蛛), feared locally under the nickname "Bloody Yo-Yo Mana." Unable to fit in with the changed Lastation, she has illegally occupied an abandoned factory on the outskirts, keeping her at odds with the guardian CPU Siel. She uses highly unconventional kanji readings, but takes them completely seriously.

Cedry — Self-Styled Captain of the Cedry Pirates

CV: Hiori Nashimoto / Illustration: Katsuyuki Hirano

Cedry

"Ahem, I am the captain!"

Cedry is a girl who dreams of pirates and sharks. She calls herself the "captain of the Cedry Pirates" and refers to herself using the archaic "Wagahai." She has no ship yet. With a sheltered and pure personality, she has a knack for stumbling into trouble without realizing it. For reasons unknown, a group of mice called the Tenbaichuu look up to her as their "boss" and take care of her almost like parents.

Kyohou Aori — A Self-Destructive Robot Girl Consumed by Nihilism

CV: Mie Sakuya / Illustration: Kabocha Karasuma

Kyohou Aori

"Ahh... I can't wait for the day everything ends..."

Kyohou Aori is a mysterious robot girl operating covertly within the game industry world. She serves as one of the "Apostles of the End," the leadership of the Sashu Cult, and is constantly on the lookout for individuals with the qualities of a fellow apostle. She excels at spreading misinformation and using provocative, cutting words to manipulate others, and actively uses social media and streaming platforms to propagate "End of the World" discourse.

Magiquone — An Amnesiac Witch of Grotesque Appearance

CV: Chiaki Takahashi / Illustration: Tsunako

Magiquone

"My name is... Magiquone. That's what the me of the past is saying..."

Magiquone is a bizarre-looking witch who lends her power to the Sashu Cult as an "Apostle of the End." Her body is covered in stitches, and she appears to have merged with a dragon. She cannot remember who she once was, and acts solely on the deep-seated hostility toward goddesses etched into her soul. This incarnation of Magiquone is said to be the most powerful in the entire series.

Warechu — The Lone Scheming Mouse Villain

CV: Niko

Warechu

"Chu chu chu... This was within my calculations, chu."

Warechu is a former member of the "Magiquone Criminal Organization" that once plunged this world into chaos. With the organization destroyed by the goddesses' efforts, he can no longer earn a living through illegal copying as he once did, so he scrapes by doing gig work and shady odd jobs, keeping a low profile. He proudly calls himself "No. 3 in the Mouse Mascot World."

Tenbaichuu — The Nuisance Mouse Gang That Devours the Regular Price

CV: Mai Sato

Tenbaichuu

"Buy low, sell high. That's just business, chu."

These mice have turned to scalping in order to survive. They descend on stores in swarms and buy up products by every means available, earning them widespread criticism. For some reason, they all call Cedry their "boss" and happily go along with her pirate games.

The official website has also unveiled new details on the game's character customization system.
