To mark the 75th anniversary of the Peanuts comic strip, Hachette Collections Japan launches its first Peanuts partwork series, "PEANUTS MINIATURE TOWN," on August 19, 2026 (Wednesday). The collection lets fans freely arrange furnishings and figures to build a miniature Peanuts world all their own.

The Kite-Eating Tree — a fearsome tree that devours Charlie Brown's kite no matter how carefully he flies it. It's practically his arch-nemesis.
A tiny world up in the tree adds a gentle touch of color to the Peanuts world.
Snoopy's red doghouse is a special spot that puts visitors at ease. Light it up inside, and it glows with the same warmth as Snoopy relaxing within.
Charlie Brown's cherished red mailbox, where letters are delivered, has also been faithfully recreated — complete with a door that actually opens and closes, so fans can enjoy placing letters in and out. The small mailbox reflects the bond between Charlie Brown and his friends.
The Roof Opens!
Charlie Brown's house has a removable roof and walls, so fans can enjoy the interior too. Each piece of furniture and every small item is crafted in fine detail, recreating a warm, lived-in space.
A Dream Playroom Area
The second level is the playroom area. A painting by a famous artist, a trophy, a ping-pong table — the décor isn't from the comic strip, but it somehow feels familiar. Snoopy's siblings gather here too, making it the perfect place to relax.
Lucy pulling the football away just before Charlie Brown kicks it is one of the strip's most iconic gags.
Root beer, the drink Snoopy and his friends always seem to enjoy. Line it up with your favorite figures and accessories for a party.

Pose the Figures However You Like
Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and many more figures are included. Their heads and hips rotate, so fans can have them stand, sit, and strike all kinds of poses — building a world of their own to play in.
A Gift for Every Subscriber
All subscribers will receive a Schroeder and Beethoven bust figure set with Lucy's psychiatric booth (including chair and coin), along with a Snoopy figure set (1950, 1960, and 1970 versions) and a 1950 Charlie Brown figure.
