Netmarble has released a major update for its MMORPG RF ONLINE NEXT (developed by Netmarble N2 Inc.), expanding guild content and opening a new season of Guild Subjugation.
The update also previews an upcoming Core World, World Creator, set to arrive later this month.
New 4-World Core World, World Creator, Revealed
Starting September 30 (Wednesday), a new Core World called World Creator will pit four worlds against each other in a 1:1:1:1 contest. World Creator unfolds around a space station built atop a massive rare-metal meteorite and its surrounding warships, delivering large-scale space-flight combat content.
As the main rewards, players can obtain the new Rova Workshop エイコン and the new Special Launcher Lorelei. After this update, Core World will run every Monday, with the existing クラトール and the new World Creator alternating weekly.
Guild Content Expands as Guild Subjugation Season 3 Begins
This update adds the highest difficulty tier, Hell 3, to both Guild Raid and Guild Subjugation. Clearing the new Guild Raid Hell 3 difficulty rewards up to Tier 5 hero equipment and materials, along with the new Rova Workshop シンガラ.
Guild Subjugation's Hell 3 difficulty also expands with a new season, [Sealed Experiment Area]. In this season, guild members must split into two routes based on attack type: physical-focused Bio Suits take the left route, while force-focused Bio Suits take the right, requiring coordination between both groups as they progress.
A new Guild Training Ground has also been added, letting guild members practice PvP without worrying about penalties or PK records. Inside the training ground, EXP penalties and revival costs are not consumed, and cooldowns are shortened.
Party Dungeon Expansion and New Collectibles
The party dungeon Battlefield of Memories now includes a new Hell 2 difficulty for players Lv. 93 and above. New special collectibles have also been added, and by using the dedicated material Memory Fragment - コルチア, players can craft a [Hero-Legendary] Weapon Appearance Case once a month.
Limited-Time Events With Great Rewards
To celebrate the update, several limited-time events are running:
- [Summer Finale 2] Login Part 2 (through September 22): Earn a variety of growth rewards, including a Ctrl+Z Coupon that lets players retry a failed Bio Suit synthesis.
- [Summer Finale 2] Assemble! Guild Growth (through September 23): Complete guild-related missions such as logging in, donating, Guild Raid, and Guild Subjugation to earn Rova part boxes, guild coins, and more.
Additional events that let players obtain the new Rova Workshop シンガラ are also planned.
