About the Anime Film THE RIBBON HERO
Sapphire (サファイア) is a princess of a lost kingdom. The calamity Nergal (ネルガル) took everything from her homeland, Silverland (シルバーランド), and in despair she made her way to Goldland (ゴールドランド). Carrying her past, she begins to find small glimmers of hope through the kindness of the people there. But, as if mocking her peaceful days, the calamity Nergal appears once more. The despair that once reduced her homeland to ashes now threatens to take the light from this place, too.
She will not lose anything more, and she will not let anyone else lose anything, either. Brushing away her tears of sorrow, the girl takes up her sword.
This is the story of a hero who ties a ribbon and resolves to defy fate.
