Street Fighter 6 is celebrating its 3rd anniversary on June 2 (Tuesday) with a variety of limited-time in-game events and special content for players to enjoy.
Limited-Time Events Celebrating the 3rd Anniversary
① SNS Avatar Contest
An SNS contest featuring players' original avatars is being held this year. There are two divisions: the "Avatar Create" division, where players submit avatar images based on the themes "cute," "cool," and "funny," and the "Avatar Combo" division, where players submit videos showcasing practical combos or flashy techniques themed around their avatar. Winners will receive a special exclusive title at a later date.

② Special V-Rival: Producer Matsumoto
As the final event in the 3rd anniversary lineup, a "Special V-Rival" is appearing in V-Rival mode. Street Fighter 6 producer Shuhei Matsumoto (Producer Matsumoto) is joining in to celebrate the anniversary with players. All characters are available to use during this special battle. Special rewards are on offer for completing the challenge — check with Manemone-kun in-game for conditions.
③ Extreme Battle Tournament
The Extreme Battle Tournament is back this year, featuring unique rule variations that set it apart from standard play — such as first to knock down the opponent five times wins, or competing to claim a greater share of a shared HP gauge. ④ Drive Ticket Rush
During the event period, daily rotating challenges give players the chance to earn large amounts of Drive Tickets. Collected tickets can be exchanged for desired items.
⑤ Aim for Challenge Master!
Players can earn special items based on the number of challenges they complete:
- 5 challenges cleared: SF6 3rd Anniversary Badge
- 10 challenges cleared: 3rd Anniversary Title "SF6 — Three Years Down the Rabbit Hole"
- 15 challenges cleared: SF6 3rd Anniversary Badge (Holographic)
⑥ SHOP Sale
A 3rd Anniversary SHOP Sale is running from June 2 (Tuesday) to June 30 (Tuesday), covering "Year 2 and earlier characters" and "Outfit 4 items released in 2025." Purchases made using Fighter Coins during the sale period offer particularly good value for players eyeing items they've had their eye on.

⑦ Lucky Week
Lucky battle cabinets will appear in Battle Hub during the 3rd anniversary period, awarding more Play Points than usual. This is an opportunity for players to rack up points and unlock plenty of rewards.
