The acai bowls feature an original base made from "grosso" grade acai puree — the highest grade, containing 14% or more solid content — to draw out the full, authentic flavor of acai. Water content is adjusted in 5% increments to achieve a rich, smooth texture without any watery feel. Layered with the natural sweetness of banana and a subtle freshness from apple, the mixed-berry acidity rounds out the base into a well-balanced bowl with deep complexity. Made fresh by hand in-store each day, without stabilizers or excessive sweeteners, the base pairs well with any topping. Guests are encouraged to mix and match fresh fruit, granola, and other toppings freely depending on their mood.
