Tokyo Museum Grutto Pass 2026 Goes on Sale April 1st

The "Tokyo Museum Grutto Pass 2026" is a cost-effective cultural facility tour ticket priced at ¥2,500 per pass, offering admission tickets and discount vouchers to 107 museums, art galleries, and other institutions centered in Tokyo.

The 2026 edition, marking the 24th year since the Grutto Pass was launched, will go on sale from April 1st, 2026. The "Grutto Pass 2026" is an extremely valuable ticket, bundling approximately ¥50,000 worth of admission tickets and around ¥5,000 worth of discount vouchers for only ¥2,500. *Note that the equivalent value varies depending on individual customers' usage periods and facilities.

Starting from fiscal year 2025, the online sales period has been extended, allowing purchases year-round until March 31st, 2027. The more you use the "Grutto Pass 2026," the more value you get—be sure to take advantage of it.

The Appeal of "Grutto Pass 2026"

The "Grutto Pass 2026" is a ticket that allows free or discounted admission to 107 facilities including museums and art galleries. Within the 2-month validity period from the first day of use, you can select your favorite facilities and enjoy planning your own itinerary. Electronic tickets can be purchased online 24/7. When purchased online, the feature to check usage history on smartphones or PCs has been very well received. Participating facilities sell the "Grutto Pass Card" (card with QR code).

Whichever purchase method you choose, it's convenient to carry. Keep it with you at all times so you can use it anytime.

New and Returning Facilities in "Grutto Pass 2026"

The "Grutto Pass 2026" welcomes new participants including the Museum of Tea Culture Creation, Shibusawa Historical Museum, and Ome City Eiji Yoshikawa Memorial Hall, while the Edo-Tokyo Museum and Kanagawa Prefectural Museum of Cultural History are returning participants.
