東京ニュース通信社 will release the Weekly TV Guide October 16, 2026 issue on October 7 (Wed), running a special collaboration with the anime Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! 2. Readers who buy the Kanto edition through Animate's mail-order shop can receive an original card as a bonus.
Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! 2 is a spin-off of Bungo Stray Dogs, the supernatural battle-action series whose characters take their names from real-life literary figures; the spin-off is currently airing on TOKYO MX and other stations. The issue's collaboration features a back cover with newly drawn illustrations of Atsushi Nakajima, Osamu Dazai, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa.
Buyers of the Kanto edition through Animate's online shop will also receive one of three original cards (86mm × 50mm), selected at random, depicting the three characters wearing matching paw-pad gloves. There is no in-store sale with this card bonus — it is available only through mail order.
The issue also includes interviews with voice actors 上村祐翔 (Atsushi Nakajima) and Kensho Ono (Ryunosuke Akutagawa), sharing episodes exclusive to this issue.
