You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends! is the latest childhood-friend romantic comedy, serialized in Magazine Pocket and written by 三簾真也. The story follows "えーゆー," first-year high schooler 界世之介, who has no girlfriend and is deeply into rom-coms — especially the "childhood friend" variety. His current problem? His childhood friends "しお" and "あかり" are just too cute. But えーゆー knows all too well: "In real life, you can't be in a rom-com with your childhood friends." Yet しお and あかり both have feelings for him...
All the heroines are childhood friends — a sweet, frustrating, heart-pounding rom-com begins!
