◆Expo City Area – Food & Nightlife

The Expo City area, located next to Expo '70 Commemorative Park in northern Osaka, is a large entertainment and shopping complex that can be enjoyed throughout the day. Inside, you'll find a wide range of restaurants and cafés, but there are only a few places that stay open late, making the area less suited for bar hopping. For those who want to fully enjoy the nightlife, the nearby Senri-Chuo Station area—just a few train stops away—is highly recommended. Around Senri-Chuo, you'll find izakayas and dining bars frequented by locals, where you can experience casual bar hopping at two or three different places. A perfect way to enjoy the area is to spend the day shopping and exploring Expo City, then head to Senri-Chuo in the evening to discover the local nightlife of northern Osaka.
