◆Hokkaido – Food & Nightlife

Sapporo's Susukino is one of Japan's largest nightlife districts, home to thousands of izakayas, bars, and ramen shops. Visitors can enjoy fresh crab, sea urchin, and jingisukan (grilled lamb) with local sake or Sapporo beer. Around Tanukikoji, casual standing bars and friendly izakayas make bar hopping easy.

In Otaru, bars and izakayas line the canal, offering a romantic setting for drinks. Hakodate comes alive at night in Daimon Yokocho, where local dishes pair perfectly with regional sake. Cities like Asahikawa and Kushiro also feature lively nightlife, giving travelers a chance to mingle with locals.
