◆Tochigi – Food & Nightlife

Utsunomiya is the heart of nightlife in Tochigi, known as Japan's gyoza capital. Bar hopping here means enjoying dumpling izakayas paired with local sake. From the east side of the station into the city center, lively izakayas and bars fill the streets. In Nikko, visitors can enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere, with cozy izakayas and bars welcoming tourists.

Smaller cities like Oyama and Ashikaga have local tavern districts popular with office workers, offering a casual, friendly vibe. In tourist areas like Mashiko and Nasu, unique small-scale izakayas provide memorable stops alongside sightseeing.

Some places may not speak English, but with a local guide you can relax and enjoy. In certain areas, bars may be limited, so we will check if bar hopping is possible. Please feel free to book.
