Conducted by highly qualified photographers, our program accommodates your travel schedule, capturing natural compositions and identifying ideal photo spots across this tranquil temple district with its high concentration of historic Zen temples founded in the 13th century. (Please share your preferred location with us!) Photography sessions are available throughout the Kita-Kamakura area and can be booked up to 3 days in advance. We'll arrange for an English/Chinese/Korean-speaking photographer. Discover the peaceful side of Kamakura with visits to Engaku-ji's majestic Sanmon gate framed by maple trees, Kenchō-ji's pristine Zen gardens, and Tōkei-ji's moss-covered cemetery paths. This area offers quiet, contemplative compositions away from the tourist crowds, with opportunities for morning fog photography and stunning autumn maple colors against ancient cedar trees. The intimate temple grounds provide perfect settings for spiritual and meditative portrait photography. The original 100+ photo files are delivered within a week, and you can select your favorite 10 photos for re-delivery. Corrections are made to evoke a specific atmosphere, and if desired, adjustments can be made to mood and color.
