With approximately 40 partner ships based in Tokyo and Yokohama, we will recommend the ideal vessel for your occasion. Standard onboard dining features an Italian-style buffet. Please note that optional menu arrangements are subject to cancellation fees even in the event of severe weather cancellation. - **Choose from Over 40 Vessels**: From intimate cruisers for 10 guests to large-scale ships for up to 100 guests, we will propose the perfect vessel to match your purpose and party size. ## Boarding Locations Boarding is available at multiple locations in Tokyo and Yokohama, including: - Shibaura - Odaiba - Hinode - Ariake - Yokohama Minato Mirai Available boarding piers vary depending on the selected vessel. The exact boarding location will be determined based on your preferred route and arrangements. Please note that boarding and disembarking occur at the same location (circular route). ## Operating Hours - Cruises are available from 10:00 to 21:45 (last disembarkation at 21:45) - Standard cruise duration: 2 hours (medium boat) / 60 minutes (small boat) - Extensions available upon request ## Capacity - From 10 guests up to 100 guests, depending on the selected vessel ## Booking Process Final pricing varies based on the cruise content, number of guests, selected vessel, and optional services. **Reservation Flow:** 1. Contact us with your desired date, number of guests, and preferences 2. We will propose a customized plan and provide a quote 3. A tentative reservation is held for approximately 1 week 4. Formal reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (30% or more of the total) or full payment within approximately 1 week of the tentative booking 5. Remaining balance must be paid at least 3 business days before departure 6. Menu finalization: 2 weeks before the cruise 7. Final guest count confirmation: 1 week before the cruise Cancellations during the tentative reservation period are free of charge. ## Cancellation Policy After formal reservation (deposit payment), the following cancellation fees apply: - 31 or more days before boarding: 10% of the cruise fare - 30 to 15 days before: 20% of the cruise fare - 14 to 8 days before: 30% of the cruise fare - 7 to 2 days before: 50% of the cruise fare - 1 day before: 80% of the cruise fare - Day of the cruise: 100% of the cruise fare Changes to dates or vessels after formal reservation may also incur cancellation fees. Please note that cancellation requests received after 16:00 will be processed as the following day's cancellation. ## Severe Weather Cancellation In case of severe weather, the vessel charter fee and in-house kitchen-prepared meals (standard buffet, BBQ, finger food) will be fully refunded. However, optional arrangements such as halal catering and other externally sourced services are subject to cancellation fees regardless of weather conditions. ## Important Notes - English-speaking staff cannot be guaranteed. When non-English-speaking staff are on board, onboard explanations and guidance will be provided in English following a prepared script. - Formal contracts must be completed at least 10 days before boarding - All reservations are handled on an inquiry basis
