Shigeo

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Shigeo gained extensive experience in the food and beverage industry — working on menu development and operations management at Anna Miller's, joining the Japan opening team at Hooters, and serving as general manager of the first Ruth's Chris Steak House in Japan. He is also active as a private tour guide, bringing his deep knowledge of hospitality to personalized experiences. Today, he specializes in guided tours of Yokohama's Noge district.
