ART365 Art Fair Coming to Daimaru Shinsaibashi and Shinsaibashi PARCO

An impressive art fair is coming to Daimaru Shinsaibashi, bringing together 24 leading galleries from Japan's art scene and the Polaris from Asia project showcasing Asian artists. The event will feature approximately 800 artworks by around 200 artists, ranging from world-renowned contemporary artists to promising emerging talents.

Special Art Projects

Polaris from Asia

The event features the Polaris from Asia project by HRDART, which has garnered tremendous support from collectors in Chinese-speaking regions. This project introduces noteworthy galleries from Asia and Japanese artists active across Asia.

Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai Art Project

A traveling exhibition project featuring contemporary artists from Japan and various Asian countries using the official Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai character "Myaku-Myaku" and other expo intellectual properties. Visitors can enjoy unique interpretations of "Myaku-Myaku" created by artists from Japan and abroad.

Hime Solo Exhibition "Ladybird"

Osaka-based artist Hime, who creates works featuring 80s-style contemporary girls and has exhibited at numerous art fairs both domestically and internationally, presents a solo exhibition titled "Ladybird" (a symbol of the Virgin Mary). The exhibition showcases various delicately depicted women, each with distinctive expressions.

Yoshinoguri Sake Brewery Collaboration

Founded in Toyama Prefecture in 1877, Yoshinoguri Sake Brewery continues its challenge to share the appeal of sake with more people. The brewery's signature "Koh Series" expresses "sophistication, elegance, and individuality" through rice polishing while offering approachable drinkability for beginners. At the venue, visitors can participate in a tasting event and pre-order collaborative sake that can be appreciated as art.

The label features a newly created work by painter Machiyama Kotaro, who depicts flat worlds in vivid colors, designed by Kenbi Co., Ltd. The sake will be delivered in decorative boxes adorned with artwork inspired by Toyama's landscapes, including Toyama Bay and the Tateyama Mountain Range.
