Huis Ten Bosch, a theme park resort in Nagasaki Prefecture with the brand slogan "The Admired Other World," is hosting two special Halloween events for one month only from October 3rd to November 3rd (※1): the irresistibly cute Miffy Halloween event and the thrilling "Haunted Halloween" wrapped in excitement and frenzy.
This autumn continues under the theme "Excitement Keeps Coming!" Following the opening of two new major attractions, the Halloween events are now launching, marking the beginning of Huis Ten Bosch's "most fun ever" autumn season.

Cute Halloween with "Miffy Halloween Party Parade"

The park is holding its first parade since the opening of "Miffy Wonder Square," the world's only Miffy-themed area, which debuted in June this year.
As the cool autumn weather sets in, exciting Halloween music fills the park, signaling the start of the "Miffy Halloween Party Parade." Miffy and Melanie appear on a Halloween-themed float decorated with candies and jack-o'-lanterns featuring Miffy's face. Guests who had been eagerly waiting burst into cheers, exclaiming "It's Miffy!" and "So cute!"
During the parade, the float stops at Amsterdam Plaza, and a special show begins where guests can enjoy trick-or-treating with Miffy and Melanie. During the show, a Halloween-decorated candy cart appears for the first-ever trick-or-treat time, where guests receive Miffy-designed candies. Both children and adults rushed over together, and families could be seen warmly watching as children's eyes lit up while receiving their treats. After getting their candy, guests cheerfully greeted Miffy and Melanie with "Trick or treat!" creating heartwarming Halloween moments.
Then, while playing fun music, the float carrying Miffy and Melanie parades through Miffy Wonder Square, which features 360-degree Bruna colors, filling the entire area with a festive Halloween atmosphere.
Powered-Up "Haunted Halloween" Wrapped in Excitement and Frenzy
As night falls, the cute world transforms. The horror event "Haunted Halloween," dominated by messengers of darkness, once again plunged many guests into a vortex of excitement and frenzy this year.
With an eerie atmosphere permeating the Dutch royal-certified palace "Palace Huis Ten Bosch," messengers of darkness appear one after another, breaking the silence. Despite the fear, participating guests could be seen approaching the dark messengers.
This year, in addition to "Killer J," the messenger of darkness who terrified guests last year, a new messenger called "Mad Madam" makes her debut. Standing 2 meters tall, "Mad Madam" is a dark witch lurking in the depths of the demon world. Her overwhelming presence is so powerful that even the messengers of darkness tremble in fear, and the atmosphere changed completely the moment she appeared. Appearing with blazing fire effects, "Mad Madam" sparked even more excitement and frenzy, adding extra momentum to the event's excitement.
This year's "Haunted Halloween" has been powered up with a complete turnover system, allowing guests to fully experience both the excitement and the frenzy. In the "Horror Garden," where messengers of darkness appear from nowhere to attack, guests could be seen bracing themselves to escape at any moment while unable to suppress their excitement, slowly closing the distance. With screams of "Kyaa!!" guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves by screaming, making noise, and laughing together, as the venue became wrapped in the emotion of "scary but fun."
With that lingering feeling, when music begins to play, the messengers of darkness all start dancing together in the "Haunted Dance Night Show." This year's show features even sharper and more powerful dancing than last year, with music renewed to a pop and upbeat sound. Guests at the venue, freed from fear at that moment, couldn't help but sway their bodies and dance, getting excited together with the messengers of darkness while screaming and smiling.
Guests who experienced the event were often seen discussing their impressions after the experience, basking in the afterglow, saying things like "That was so fun!" and "I want to go again!"
