During the day, it is bustling with visitors enjoying Kashiya Yokocho (Candy Alley) and various street foods, but in the evening the atmosphere becomes calm and relaxed. Around Kawagoe Station and Hon-Kawagoe Station, izakayas and eateries are clustered within walking distance, making it possible to enjoy bar hopping at two or three different venues. From casual local izakayas frequented by residents to more refined dining bars, the area offers a wide range of options. On the other hand, the old kura-style townscape area has fewer places open at night, so for nightlife it is recommended to head toward the station area. If you would like to enjoy bar hopping in Kawagoe, we can help you choose the right spots to suit your plans.

Kawaguchi and Urawa also offer lively tavern districts with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. In Kawagoe, traditional warehouse-style streets are dotted with renovated izakayas and bars, making it an excellent stop after sightseeing. Chichibu is known for its excellent local sake, best enjoyed with regional dishes in cozy, laid-back taverns. In Tokorozawa and Koshigaya, casual izakayas and chain pubs provide easy options for bar hopping. The contrast between vibrant city nightlife and calm countryside pubs makes Saitama uniquely appealing. Some places may not speak English, but with a local guide you can relax and enjoy. In certain areas, bars may be limited, so we will check if bar hopping is possible. Please feel free to book.
