Takasaki is known for its yakitori and gyoza culture, with rows of bustling skewer-focused izakayas. Around Maebashi Station, taverns and snack bars popular with office workers create a warm, casual drinking scene. In hot spring towns like Kusatsu and Ikaho, many izakayas cater to visitors looking for a drink after bathing. In industrial cities like Kiryu and Ota, retro-style pubs and sake taverns reflect the local culture, offering a more down-to-earth nightlife. Some places may not speak English, but with a local guide you can relax and enjoy. In certain areas, bars may be limited, so we will check if bar hopping is possible. Please feel free to book.     
We offer a photography program that guides visitors to Minakami Onsen's pristine riverside setting and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve landscapes. Conducted by highly qualified photographers, our program captures the dramatic Tanigawadake mountain views, giant riverside hot spring baths, and seasonal natural beauty. (Please share your preferred location with us!) Photography sessions are available anywhere in Minakami Onsen-kyo and can be booked up to 3 days in advance. We'll arrange for an English/Japanese-speaking photographer. Explore Japan's adventure capital where pristine rivers meet towering peaks in a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve setting. From the massive riverside rotenburo at Takaragawa Onsen to the panoramic views from Tanigawadake Ropeway, Minakami offers spectacular natural photography opportunities. Our photographers specialize in capturing the unique blend of outdoor adventure activities and traditional hot spring culture against the backdrop of some of Japan's most dramatic mountain scenery. The original 100+ photo files are delivered within a week, and you can select your favorite 10 photos for re-delivery. Corrections are made to evoke a specific atmosphere, and if desired, adjustments can be made to mood and color. Let us capture your special moments in Minakami Onsen-kyo through our photography services! ◆ Important information: ・If you arrive late for the scheduled meeting time, the shooting duration and the quantity of delivered photos may be reduced. ・If rain is forecasted for the shooting spot 3 days prior to the scheduled date or if it unexpectedly rains on the day of the shoot, three options are available: (1) reschedule the date and time, (2) change the location, or (3) cancel the shoot.
