The soil-free green brand &Green has released Simple Green L on May 26, 2026, expanding its houseplant lineup to include a larger 6-inch pot size (approximately 18 cm in diameter). The new product is grown using puffcal — a sponge-like material used in place of soil — keeping it lightweight, easy to maintain, and hygienic for indoor use.
The Story Behind Simple Green L
&Green has built its range around making plant ownership accessible — particularly for first-time plant owners, those who have struggled to keep plants alive, or those with hygiene concerns. The brand has shipped over 100,000 plants to date, with the lineup centered around mini-size varieties.
As more customers expressed interest in growing larger plants or expanding greenery throughout their homes, Simple Green L was developed. Like the existing mini-size products, the plants are rooted in puffcal rather than soil, which keeps them surprisingly light and manageable even at a larger size.
