From Thursday, November 26 to Monday, November 30, 2026, Animax Reading Play "Ace Attorney Re:1 (Reboot 1)" will be held at Theater 1010 in Adachi, Tokyo.
It is the second production of Animax Reading Play "Ace Attorney" (original work by Capcom), which was held in February 2026 and was well received. Under the new title "Ace Attorney Re:1 (Reboot 1)", this production is based on the first and second episodes of the original game and features new staging and a newly announced cast.
Cast Announced, Including Toshiya Miyata of Kis-My-Ft2
Toshiya Miyata (宮田俊哉) of Kis-My-Ft2, known as one of the biggest game and anime fans among idols, has been cast as the lead, Ryuichi Naruhodo (成歩堂龍一). Voice actors Kento Ito (伊東健人), Sho Karino (狩野翔), Yu Hayashi (林勇), Shotaro Morikubo (森久保祥太郎) and Tomohiro Yamaguchi (山口智広) have also been cast in the role.
Returning from the previous Animax Reading Play "Ace Attorney" are Himika Akaneya (茜屋日海夏), Aguri Onishi (大西亜玖璃), Tatsuhisa Suzuki (鈴木達央), Show Hayami (速水奨) and Tomoaki Maeno (前野智昭). They are joined by Yui Ishikawa (石川由依), Kazuhiko Inoue (井上和彦), Naoya Uchida (内田直哉), Shinichiro Kamio (神尾晋一郎), Shinpachi Tsuji (辻親八), Hiroki Tochi (東地宏樹), Ai Furihata (降幡愛) and Koji Yusa (遊佐浩二), listed in Japanese syllabary order. A total of 19 cast members will appear in this new courtroom drama.
