Chocolate specialty shop Bel Amer is releasing a range of seasonal limited products from February 25, 2026, timed for Hinamatsuri and the spring gift-giving season. The lineup includes a seasonal petit gateau, a spring petit gift assortment, the brand's signature palet chocolat, chocolate macarons, and playful sweets-inspired chocolate pieces.
Printemps Fraise
A limited-edition petit gateau celebrating the arrival of spring and the Hinamatsuri season. The cake features a sweet and tangy strawberry jam accent and is wrapped in three types of fresh cream — strawberry, pistachio, and white chocolate.
When sliced, layers of pale pink, soft green, and white create a cross-section reminiscent of spring flowers. The light, melt-in-the-mouth texture balances the refreshing acidity of strawberry, the richness of pistachio, and the gentle sweetness of white chocolate.
