Tokyo Originals' Five New February Products
Since its launch in December 2024, Tokyo Originals has been developing sweets and groceries in collaboration with Tokyo's finest makers, each product crafted with a unique story to share.
Milk Chocolate Bar

This innovative chocolate bar features milk chocolate ganache mixed with feuilletine for added texture. Raspberry and lemon marshmallows provide a refreshing acidity, creating different flavor experiences with every bite.
Release Date: February 5 / Contents: 1 piece / Price: ¥972 (tax included)
Chocolate Candy

These candies encase chocolate within a thin raspberry candy coating, creating a delightful two-flavor combination. The crisp texture pairs with raspberry tartness and chocolate sweetness for a dessert-like experience.
Release Date: February 5 / Contents: 40g / Price: ¥880 (tax included)

PAPABUBBLE
This art candy shop arrived in Japan in 2005 and remains beloved after 20 years. Beyond their signature candies, they offer an extensive range of gummies and chocolate-based sweets, all handcrafted by artisans in their laboratories and stores. While their products appear playful and colorful, each creation results from countless trials to achieve delicate sweetness and perfect texture tailored to Japanese preferences.
Black Tea Financier

This classic demi-sec cake features a golden bar-shaped exterior that's crisp and fragrant, while fermented butter and almond powder create a moist interior texture. The batter incorporates uRn.chAi&TeA's original blend tea "EMMA."
Based on Darjeeling and Keemun teas, with citrus bergamot and elegant notes of rose and lavender, this popular blend offers complexity reminiscent of Earl Grey with floral elegance. The financier retains the tea's rich aroma and flavor.
Release Date: February 5 / Contents: 6 pieces / Price: ¥1,480 (tax included)

uRn.chAi&TeA
Starting as a food truck in 2020, uRn.chAi&TeA serves chai crafted from unique blends of clove, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and various spices with tea leaves. Beyond delicious flavors, their aromatic blends and well-balanced spices attract devoted followers. Now operating brick-and-mortar locations in Tokyo, they provide tea and chai for moments of relaxation and daily refreshment.
Bite-Size Yokan (Ginza Honey/Red Bean/Brown Sugar)

Crafted by Eitaro artisans, this bite-size yokan offers premium texture and delicate mouthfeel in a convenient format. The red bean yokan uses Hokkaido azuki beans for smooth, refined flavor. Okinawan brown sugar provides deep, rich taste. The Ginza Honey variety features rare honey harvested from rooftop beehives in Ginza, collected by bees visiting flowers and trees at the Imperial Palace, Hamarikyu Gardens, and Hibiya Park, creating a fragrant, elegant flavor.
Release Date: February 20 / Contents: 7 pieces (Ginza Honey/Red Bean/Brown Sugar) / Price: ¥2,376 (tax included)
Sakura Handmade Monaka

To preserve the crisp texture and fragrance, the wafer and filling are packaged separately. The beautiful sakura-shaped wafer uses domestic mochi rice, while the filling features Hokkaido azuki beans cooked into moderately sweet tsubu-an (chunky sweet bean paste). This classic monaka offers timeless deliciousness ready to enjoy anytime.
Release Date: February 20 / Contents: 5 pieces / Price: ¥2,376 (tax included)

Eitaro Sohonpo
Founded in 1818 (Bunsei era) when Eitaro, great-grandson of confectioner Tokubei Hosoda from Hanno, Saitama, established a stall in Nihonbashi, Edo. The shop became known as "Eitaro" through the founder's character and his kintsuba's reputation. Traditional products like ume boshi ame (plum candy), kintsuba, and amanatto (the original sweetened beans) remain beloved Tokyo-Nihonbashi souvenirs. The shop preserves Edo-period techniques while carefully maintaining handcrafted methods to deliver unchanging flavors.
