A new autumn dessert has arrived at Buttery Soyora Suzuka Shiroko, the only Buttery confectionery shop in Mie Prefecture. Starting September 1st, visitors can enjoy the limited-time "Mont Blanc and Berry Mille-Feuille," a luxurious creation featuring Japanese chestnuts. From September 3rd, the shop will also expand its financier selection to 10 varieties, including "Maple Apple Financier" and "Salt Caramel Financier."
The autumn-limited "Mont Blanc and Berry Mille-Feuille" debuts on September 1st. This dessert combines generous Japanese chestnut paste with cream made from fresh cream and custard, beautifully layered with homemade berry jam. The dessert offers a delightful balance between the rich flavor of Japanese chestnuts and the tangy berry jam. Chocolate and pecan nuts add textural variety to complete the creation. A larger "KING size" version, more than double the regular portion, is also available for those wanting to fully savor this seasonal treat.
From September 3rd, the shop's popular financier collection expands to 10 varieties. Alongside favorites like "Hokkaido Butter (Plain)," "Salt Vanilla," and "Coconut Pineapple," new additions include "French Fermented Butter (AOP)" and "Coffee," which features the shop's original blend coffee beans. Previously beloved flavors including "Maple Apple," "Salt Caramel," "Chocolate," "Matcha," and "Pistachio" return to the menu. These diverse financiers make excellent gifts for friends and family.
