A City Hunter pop-up store is coming to Fukui. CITY HUNTER POP UP STORE -Midnight Rendezvous- in Fukui will run from October 30 (Friday) to November 30 (Monday), 2026 at the Hakaba no Garou outpost on the 2nd floor of Apita Fukui Owada. The event is organized by CRAZY BUMP Co., Ltd., which plans and runs exhibitions themed around manga, anime, tokusatsu, and other subculture genres.
Once again this year, Ryo and Kaori are set to paint all of Japan in neon colors.
The City Hunter POP UP STORE is a popular Hakaba no Garou event that has been well received every year. This time, it takes the form of a special project built around the concept of a mature, urban "Shinjuku at night."
The title is CITY HUNTER POP UP STORE -Midnight Rendezvous-. The theme is the urban life of midnight, where the bustle of 1980s Shinjuku, the setting of the story, meets the dazzling neon and mirror-ball lights of nightclubs and the exhilarating, urban music that plays in them.
Plenty of new original goods are on offer again this time. Alongside urban-style items that evoke 80s fashion icons, products that were especially popular in past series have been refined to fit a chic, cool, adult world. The lineup, where nostalgia and novelty coexist, is unique to Hakaba no Garou.
The adult world depicted in City Hunter is sparkling once again. Visitors can enjoy a midnight world that feels both nostalgic and new, one that resonates all the more in the Reiwa era, at the Hakaba no Garou outpost in Apita Fukui Owada.
