A Chiikawa DAISO-exclusive design collection is arriving at DAISO stores across Japan from April 14, 2026, with a total of 28 items going on sale.
The collection is based on the manga series created by illustrator Nagano, which built a massive following on X (formerly Twitter). The DAISO-exclusive designs use pastel colors as their base, featuring charming illustrations of the characters going about their daily lives. The lineup spans stationery, accessories, and everyday household items, offering something for Chiikawa fans of all ages.

About Chiikawa
Chiikawa is a manga series created by illustrator Nagano, originally published on X (formerly Twitter). The story follows the hardworking Chiikawa and its colorful friends — Hachiware, Usagi, and others — through days that are fun, bittersweet, and a little tough. The series has expanded into merchandise, collaboration cafes, and corporate tie-ups. Published by Kodansha, the manga currently runs to 8 volumes. A TV anime series has been airing on Mezamashi TV (Fuji TV network) since April 2022, and the theatrical film Chiikawa: The Secret of Mermaid Island is set for release on July 24, 2026.
