FPM Milano, an Italian luxury luggage brand based in Milan, has launched a handle customization service for its BANK LIGHT series starting April 8, 2026. The service is available at Limited Concept Stores opening simultaneously at Daimaru Tokyo and Matsuzakaya Nagoya.
The customization allows customers to select a leather handle from 20 color variations, including 5 Japan-exclusive colors, to update their BANK LIGHT suitcase to their preferred specification. Customers who purchase a leather handle receive the customization service free of charge, with staff swapping out the existing handle on-site.
Since the BANK LIGHT handle customization uses specially designed parts, the service is only available at stores and popup venues—customers cannot perform the exchange themselves and must bring their suitcase in person.
