FREAK'S STORE Releases Champion Reverse Weave® Exclusives in 10 Designs Inspired by Regional American Cultures

Exclusive models of Champion's signature Reverse Weave® have arrived at FREAK'S STORE. The collection uses a variety of graphics to express the history and culture of different regions of America, as well as the mindset of the people who live there.

The graphics focus on the unique backgrounds and atmospheres of places across America, including the literary and cultural movement born in 1950s San Francisco, the Midwest with its vast farming and livestock areas, and New York, where people with ambition and hope gather. FREAK'S STORE produced 10 Reverse Weave® designs that translate the culture and values rooted in each place into graphics from its own perspective.

The Champion Reverse Weave® exclusives from FREAK'S STORE are currently on sale at FREAK'S STORE locations nationwide and at its various online stores.

Item Lineup

A model focusing on Manhattan and Brooklyn, the heart of New York. "212" and "718" are the area codes for Manhattan and Brooklyn, respectively.

New York and Los Angeles are the two major cities representing America. The design is printed with "CITY OF DREAMS," for New York, where people with ambition and dreams aim for success, and "CITY OF ANGELS," the nickname of LA.

California's free and positive atmosphere is expressed through the wording "GOOD VIBES" and a pop color scheme.

This model is printed with 1990s grunge, which symbolizes Seattle's music scene. The color scheme pays homage to the team colors of the Seattle Mariners.

Printed on a brown body are the abbreviation for the deserts (DESERT) and the ranches (RANCH) of Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas in the southwestern United States.

"GREAT LAKES" refers to the Great Lakes on the border between the United States and Canada. Because they are as vast as a seacoast despite being inland, they are expressed as "INLAND COAST."

"BEAT GENERATION," an anti-materialist cultural movement born in 1950s San Francisco, is printed in the same color on a black body.

The agricultural and livestock region of Minnesota, Ohio, and Michigan in the American Midwest, "GREAT PLAINS," is expressed through print.
